Re-loading of Operating System* w/ data back up & restoration: $157.50
Re-loading of Operating System* w/ data back up & restoration & additional software loaded: $195.00

Due to an increasing demand for on-site technical support we are very pleased to offer our new Maintenance Program. This is designed to save you money and to ensure proper response times to service or network issues. Please contact us so that we may tailor a package to meet your organization's specific needs.

On-Site Hourly Rate: $85/hr – Computer / Network / Server Support

Package #1 - 6 Hours of On-Site Technical Support

Package #2 - 12 Hours of On-Site Technical Support
 

·        All calls will be returned within a 2 hour period

·        Technician will arrive on-site within 24 hours from 1^st contact

·        Response Time will vary depending on the serverity of the issue; mission critical issues will receive the highest priority

·        ½ hour minimum will be deducted from contract for each on-site call
